PRIVACY POLICY as of 6/24/2022:

SAOIRSE.global does NOT sell visitor data to third parties, I have a link top left on SAOIRSE.global to disable sharing to third parties. You have a right as a consumer to request deletion of your data at any point, this will result in losing purchase records, points accumulated, other data. I won't be able to honor those lost records and points at a later date. Data collected from wix may include IP address(s), email address(s), name(s), postal address(s), interest(s), card payment details and more. I have apps integrated into my website to enhance your customer experience. They do collect visitor data including wix analytics, you are responsible to read each company policy listed. Square collects consumer data/visitor data you provided to process payment(s) for my products sold both on Saoirse.global and on my Square online shop. Square's privacy policy(s) can be viewed HERE. WixPayments (also PCI Compliant) collects consumer/visitor data you provided to process payment(s) for products being purchased through my checkout page. WixPayments privacy policy can be viewed HERE.  Facebook shop collects visitor/consumer data you provided for checkout and other purposes I am not aware of. Their privacy policy can be viewed HERE. Shippo collects consumer/visitor data you provide to deliver products you purchased. Their privacy policy can be viewed HERE. Printful collects your data for payments and mailing to your address. They may collect other data that I am not aware of. Their privacy policy can be viewed HERE. The information consumers provide on SAOIRSE.global remains on the wix.com server. I never share consumer data with third parties with the exception of fraudulent activity.  When there is proof of fraudulent activity with a card, an official request has to be submitted and confirmed before sharing data to law enforcement/government agency(s). CalOPPA can be read in full by clicking HERE. I have a link on the top right corner of my website allowing all consumers/visitors to STOP their data being transferred to third parties. GDPR can be requested for any data you have shared on SAOIRSE.global, information on the EU privacy regulations can be viewed HERE. CCPA protects consumers in California and the Privacy Act can be viewed HERE.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, a full refund is available so long as item(s) are returned in the same condition as sold to you. JEWELRY item(s) MUST be returned to me no later than 10 days after mail registered your package as "delivered" at the recipients address you provided on SAOIRSE.global. Refunds are not available for late or lost returns. Shipwrecked/customized items are NOT refundable or returnable as they are sale items. CLOTHING claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

The sample code, the documentation, and the trademarks/logos provided on this site and in hardcopy form are the intellectual property of USPS protected under U.S. laws. The information and images presented may not be reproduced, republished, adopted, used, or modified under any circumstances.
